I have never been a curser, but since Jay was diagnosed, I have used the word “Fuck” more often than I admit. And of course you know Peytie’s story about “ALS is a pees of shit”. We have actually given her permission to use that word in relation to ALS. One night we are on Skype with our son, Adam and Liam (who was 5 at the time) from Chicago. My husband likes to wear wigs (he has no hair) and entertain Liam. Liam saw him and said, “You look like a fucking idiot”. We all froze in place and that was that. Never heard him use the word again. Thank you for being such a dear friend of Jay’s. Much love from all of us.
