PLS is the slow version of ALS I’ll have the same symptoms but the progression of the disease will be much slower. Currently, my legs are affected and most recently there’s been some slight slowness in my speech but I still walk with the assistance of a rollator and only use my power wheelchair for long distances and doctor visits.
